Rishi Patel

Rishi Patel was born on April 6th, 1996, in India, to a middle-class family. In January 2018, he and his family migrated to the United States in search of new opportunities. Rishi's journey began with his first job as a Front Desk Clerk, where he was responsible for ensuring guests had an exceptional experience during their stay. This role laid the foundation for his career in the hospitality industry.

Today, Rishi is the proud owner of two local hotels, Rodeway Inn and Days Inn, both located on Loop 306. His experience as a General Manager at a Wyndham franchise hotel played a crucial role in shaping his path to success. During his tenure at Wyndham, Rishi was instrumental in managing expenses, driving revenue growth, and enhancing guest satisfaction, all of which helped him develop the skills needed to succeed as a business owner.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Rishi is dedicated to giving back to his community. As a resident of Midland County and Tom Green County, he has supported those in need, particularly during the winter months, by making donations and assisting local families. He also takes great pride in providing support to his staff, both professionally and personally, fostering a compassionate and inclusive work environment.

 Rishi's commitment to excellence in business and his community reflects his strong values and dedication to making a positive impact wherever he goes.  As part of his dedication to give back, Rishi is presently serving on the board of directors of Minority Alliance Network Organization.
